ROOT CAUSE THERAPY (RCT)

Root-Cause Therapy is a powerful therapy that assists you in getting to the root cause of your current presenting symptoms.

Root Cause Therapy enables you to identify, heal and release emotions on a deeper level where real long-term change is possible.
The power of this method lies in the way that it works on all levels of our minds. The conscious mind, so you are reading this now and the unconscious mind - where our automatic learnt behaviours and bottled-up emotions reside. These controlling unconscious fears, beliefs and patterns are what is hold us back from living a life of inner and outer peace. Often we don't even know what they are until we bring to light.

 

Unlike hypnosis, which can create a fear of lack of control and unlike talk therapy which can leave you feeling worse with a long-time frame to create change in behaviours and thoughts - this type of healing creates a space for you to unravel why you do, think or feel the way you do - and discover and shift any unwanted patterns consciously, with you in the driving seat along with the knowledge and guidance of your therapist.

 

The power of RCT lies in its ability to uncover what is happening beneath the surface, for you to become aware of it consciously, identifying core beliefs were formed, and how they continue to impact your everyday life, within a safe and comfortable framework. Once you heal a core belief, any other connecting beliefs associated with it will fall away, and often multiple beliefs are healed in one session.

 

These sessions are deeply powerful and often life changing as I support you through the process of identifying and releasing unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs.

Sessions last between approx 2 hours

We use muscle testing to identify limiting beliefs that are linked to negative behaviours and emotions. You are then taken on a journey into your subconscious mind to track down the first event where these limits beliefs began. We then use techniques to release the unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs.

Everyone can benefit from this therapy.  We all hold trauma of some sort, whether they be big T’s or little T’s, the affect on the nervous system may be no different.  RCT can be used on adults and children above the age of 12.

RCT has been proven to help with:

  • Addictions (including alcohol, prescription medicines, pornography, gambling and other addictive substances and behaviours)
  • Mental health (anxiety, depression, post-natal depression, bipolar, PTSD, OCD, chronic stress, grieving and more)
  • Known limiting beliefs/blocks in life

  • A variety of health concerns 

Most people have many limiting beliefs that create negative experiences in their lives, and often just working on one belief can create measurable change and is enough to clear other connected limiting beliefs. However, as these beliefs have built up over a lifetime, I recommend a package of 3 or 8 sessions to create significant change within your life.

Yes you can book one session. The cost of 1 session is $220. However as mentioned above, I do recommend booking a package of 3-8 sessions.
