Skin Needling stimulates the release of growth factors that stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin. New collagen production is the object of all skin resurfacing and rejuvenation treatments. Skin Needling creates dermal damage without the removal of healthy epidermis, which happens with other resurfacing techniques.
